The quality of tissue paper will lead to inaccurate mounting of paper mounting machine

In daily production, the mouth of the tissue paper is torn because the teeth of each group are not connected properly during the printing of the tissue paper. When mounting with the paper mounting machine, it is easy to hit the face paper into a bending or folding state during the paper feeding process, and the face paper will be out of alignment with the corrugated board after mounting. When this happens, we should adjust the handover time of the gripper to prevent tearing the edge of the tissue paper.
In addition, if the moisture content of the face paper is inappropriate or stacked irregularly, it is also easy to curl the edge of the paper in its mouth. At this time, the working surface of the front gauge on the paper feeding chain is not in a straight-line contact push state with the edge of the paper in its mouth. In this case, the paperboard mounted will also make the face paper protrude obviously from the corrugated paperboard. During die-cutting, the positioning of the front gauge will be inaccurate because the protruding face paper is easy to bend, and the semi-finished products produced by die-cutting will also produce errors. This requires us to control the moisture content of the tissue paper and prevent the high moisture from reducing its stiffness.
In addition, for semi-finished facial paper after printing, polishing, calendering or coating, we must stack it neatly to prevent deformation and curling. In this way, inaccuracy can be avoided when mounting face paper and corrugated paper. Here we also want to remind you that we should pay attention to the characteristics of the usual stock stacking of tissue paper. There should be a quantitative standard for its temperature, humidity and flatness, which should be strictly implemented. A batch of products may be lost due to carelessness.
