(1) Try not to spray powder when printing, otherwise it will cause hollowing and foaming at the powder pile. Powder spraying should be disposed of before veneering machine processing. Those with a large number of prints can be hung to remove the powder, and those with a small number of prints can be wiped manually.
(2) The pressure should be adjusted according to the product conditions. Generally, the pressure of coated paper should be smaller than that of offset paper, and that of thin paper should be smaller than that of thick paper.
(3) The tension of the film should be appropriate, which is generally suitable to maintain normal operation without lag. If it is too tight, the product will curl easily, and if it is too loose, it will wrinkle.
(4) Generally, the humidity is slightly smaller than that of the printing workshop. Too much humidity will cause product deformation and even wrinkles, and even curl after the product is processed. Too low humidity will generate static electricity in the process of veneering, which will affect the subsequent process.
(5) While correctly controlling the temperature of the veneering machine, appropriate pressure should also be used, because the surface of the paper itself is not flat. Only under the action of appropriate pressure, the hot melt adhesive can fully wet the surface of the paper print in the process of driving away the air on the surface of the print, and produce colloidal molecules to diffuse to the ink layer of the print and between the paper molecules, so as to achieve good bonding and complete coverage of the whole surface of the print.
(6) The products to be veneered must be straight, and the uneven paper with lotus leaf edges and tight edges should be treated. The paper with ruffle edge can be baked, and the paper with tight edge can be hung for drying.
(7) The veneering machine can be used for processing only after the imprint is dry, otherwise it will cause blistering or galling.
